haha oops i realised all my pictures are bnj photos so it makes it seem like my life revolves around it even though i dont work all that much haha. but maybe it's the novelty and excitement and the fact that got events so we take photos! because besides that, everything else is just very old and nice and comfortable haha like going out with the usual ppl! LIFE IS GOOD (:

so sunday! was going out with angel haha our last date before 3 weeks of separation (ew how gay sounding) but anyway yeah we went to cedele for hell lot of desserts! scones, cake and EARL GREY AND FIG HOHO YUMZZZ and then we drank tea too :D and stuffed ourselves insane, before heading to the scrapbook shop and wheelock and browsing around (DUH everything's so incredibly expensive) and then to borders to.. READ OUR HOROSCOPES HAHAHA we had damn a lot of fun doing stupid things like that and trying to convince ourselves of random shit haha but omg sagittarius is so sian! HAHA cos we were looking at this book telling us which signs we should go out with, wahlau cos sagittarius is fire, can't be together with water (you'll get STEAM the book says), can't be earth either not very compatible, can't be fire either you'll EXPLODE and dunno what shit la hahahahaha! ohwells doing stupid things as usual haha!

anyway, TTFN PEOPLE (: because this time tmr i'll be on the plane to AUSSIEE (: so maybe when i come back there'll be nice photos haha. ANYWAY IM SO EXCITED I CAN HARDLY CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENT ! okay besides from the fact that i'm far from done with packing, i can't wait for tomorrow to comeeeeee! WOOHOO

haha this is a very rare occasion where i actually feel like blogging! i'll probably edit this tmr to sum up the week but while this mood lasts i shall indulge in it!

anyway this has been the most awesome week in a while (: and i kind of knew it since last sunday (: (:

there was lots of fun, good food and good company (:

so as everyone probably knew, tues was free cone day :D quite exciting! but no joke when you're the one scooping. haha the whole store was in a frenzy, esp when we couldn't get the ice cream to thaw fast enough and we had to come up with all sorts of novel ideas to make them thaw faster (: but anyway we definitely had lots of fun at the expense of our arms, and the after party was pretty awesome though it was just the few of us (: we gave up on jaws2 cos it got too boring, and watched PARIS HILTON'S MY NEW BFF hahaha omg and ate our own free cones yumzzz actually i think the pictures said it all (: was awesome seeing lots of friends that day even though there was this isolated incident that kind of bummed me out but okay nvm

wed! besides the usual tuition there was 17 AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGG I LOVE ZAC haha and rox my gummy buddy (: like today again :D hahahah we're totally going to get diabetes hoho. hahaha we're so impromptu heh but omg everyone should watch 17 again even if you're not a fan now you'll totally be one after you watch it!!!!!

and then friday there was chicken rice and raffles creamery with karen, omg i havent been there in ages! and hm walking to the nlb kind of made me miss jc, like the times when we would go there to the reference sections to look for lit stuff and hang out around the area etc i really love the nlb! and the bugis basement which is foodie heaven (:

and dinner with VAL (: its been so longggggggggg but woohoo now that your internship has ended its going to be better! anyway haha we had dessert at cedele yays :D i currently love their desserts i can't wait to go back again tmr!

okay this isnt going as well as i envisioned but okay last day!

yummz had char kway teow for lunch with rox impromptu-ly after tuition again woohoo and then slept and then went out for more food and to finally catch up with the co-ogl and get my vcds back after a year HAHA

but OMG i hate my stomach?? now it's no longer the woes of the girl with the small stomach, it's THE ATTACK OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT and the resultant carnage of an empty wallet?? like how i can't believe today we just walked into 3 different places to eat consecutively??

but paella was YUMZZZZZ i finally satisfied my craving! everyone should try the paella at serenity at vivo if you should crave for it and have the monehh to spare HAHA

then after that we decided to go to hk cafe to eat more cos we weren't full then finally to bakerzin for desserts yummayyy. okay so now i feel like a round blob. but a satisfied round blob (:

dear camera (uhoh it doesnt have a name), thank you for being with me through the past 3 years, through ups and downs, rain or shine. you've taken probably 10000 photos since my image count was last at 9400+ that i remembered, and you have captures some of the happiest moments of my life (and probably my friends' too) and also some of the ohshucks moments that sometimes make me look back in nostalgia. even though you're currently being repaired, i'm sorry for ditching you for my new baby ): but i love you all the same thank you for being such an awesome friend and companion over the last few years.

actually when i bought it i still missed my old one for the bigger screen, but this one is AWESOME too (: yippee! i'm such a technological destruction ): but luckily for repairmen and sim lim square my iphone that i spoilt half a year ago is now being repaired too :D

they're twins!!!!!! so cute right (: HAHAA playing musical chairs with a bunch of 3-5 year olds is pretty funny! cos they cry the moment they lose and have to be out haha! then we have to bribe them with ice cream and cookies! it's nice being 3 and having cookies making everything better

after that party, met karen and we went around vivo eating random food like HAWBALLS WOOHOO :D before going to meet the rest for laksa steamboat! and it was so yummzzzz with the awesome decor that had revolving chandeliers and goldleaf walls and like motifs on the ceiling haha!
(p.s.) the two things at the side were the revolving chandeliers. dslrs rock HAHA

and there was lunch with the harvard-bound aj at cedele on wed! haha omg i can tell everyone that my pseudo sec4 bf went to harvard omgosh and HAHA i told her she'll get to see the elusive nicholas tan HAHAHAHA. anyway their earl grey ice cream is very awesome everyone should go eat it BUT DONT EAT THEIR FOOD its horrible hahaa.

and then there was eelin's 18th bday party at macs HAHA i think we annoyed the party woman to the max we kept laughing at stupid things but anyway it was pretty fun :D
and the chairs were so tinyy omg we all thought we were going to break them haha.

and today! went out on a cheapo-luxurious date with angel! haha the oxymoron but let me tell you why :D

we watched revolutionary road in GOLD CLASS! OMG ITS DAMN COMFY I SWEAR IF I WAS RICH ENOUGH I'D NEVER WANT TO WATCH MOVIES IN A NORMAL CINEMA EVER AGAIN ): the chairs were so comfy, the lounge so pretty, and the service very good! the chairs are like the firstclass kind which are reclinable so its like this bed HAHA

and revolutionary road was pretty good! leonardo's acting was uptostandard as usual, though we both thought he grew visibly fatter and now has a PAUNCH (omg i initially typed PONCH hahahaaa and remember jiakang thinking that paunch was ponch cos it ought to rhyme with conch HAHAHAHAHAAAAA) ): but omgg it's such a scary life i would die if i felt as "stuck in life" as kate winslet did. but anyway the ending parts were damn good esp the breakfast scene. anyway i'm just so glad i wasnt living then. i think any woman who lived then and led such a conventional stifling life would have the potential to go insane!

and then after the movie we chilled in the lounge for a while (: and visited the pretty toilets HAHA

and then we went to starbucks and got a drink and to food republic to eat carrot cake and attempted to shop but were disappointed and then ended up eating ice cream. ohmygod we are such pigs haha and we ate quite a huge packet of popcorn somemore during the movie haha.

omg im such a traitor i keep advertising for other brands' ice creams, but LOOK THE SCOOPS ARE HUMONGOUS :D yummzzz though we got sick of it by the end.

the gold class tickets cost 72 bucks zomg but guess what we used the vouchers i won at prom last year (: (: and while everyone in gold class was drinking expresso and vodka etc we ate popcorn HAHA and the starbucks was complimentary from her friend who works there WOOHOO

ohwells the week's getting better i just know it (: (: ANYWAY PPL FREE CONE DAY'S ON TUES FROM 12-7! come cathay :D even though the flavours this year aint very good boo haha

will it really? i was just reading my private-d entries in lj, and there was this time where i thought everything was finally going to be alright again, and the next moment i was cursing myself for allowing myself a chance for disappointment again, with the nagging voice at the back of my head saying: see i told you so.

okay because i said i would! after not really blogging for nearly a month i think haha? but when you stop it's quite hard to get started again i guess.


anywayyyyyyy, life's been pretty routine with driving, work, trainings, going out etc. but..

1. DRIVING HOHO IS OVER :D finally haha today i drove my family to dinner, and it was quite funny with my dad and mum hollering advice all over the place, but we got to our destination at ecp (my first time on the ecp HAHA) and back all safely :D except my parents parked the car instead for me haha

2. work is in no way routine i guess, cos i work so randomly etc and there's always exciting stuff. right now my hand aches really bad, because i worked yday and it was good friday and the crowd was simply insane i scooped at least 1000 bucks worth of ice cream i bet so now my arm is damn sore. at least sales were so good we got free macs supper where mabel jianwei and i just sat in the lunch pigging out watching friends HAHA. awesome(: more free pints this week WOOHOO

and then these are very overdue photos because ive been so sian ever since my camera spoilt ): and i have to use my brother's. but at least i'm getting a new one next week (: except i can't decide if i should spend 349 or 499 bucks just for a bigger screen HAHA.

anyway the most lavish birthday party of a kid i've ever seen probably..

here's us the party ppl! or the food ppl. so called because somehow it always seems to be the same few of us when there's a party (and food) to go around. okay i am smiling like an idiot with chubby cheeks BUT whatever haha look at the cute baby! haha and okay la i think maybe i was smiling so widely cos this was when it was over and we could finally eat the food at like 5pm after not eating anything the entire day! hahaa

3. trainings

sigh playing in a club is so different and it's like we're never good enough and it's so demoralizing and everything but ohwell at least got teammates i guess!

4. going out

is the same old things as usual, with sleepovers, meeting the same old people though a lot less often now sigh since everyone's so busy

but hoho i just watched confessions of the shopaholic!!! with the cousin a few days back and omg i love both isla fisher and hugh dancy haha i risk sounding like some crapz bimbo but omg must make a lot of money to shop like that (:

and this was pok's bday dinner some time ago too.

so haha i remember talking to angel that day, and haha my post As life didnt exactly turn out like how i expected it to actually. i thought i'd get a serious job, do an internship etc but haha i'm keeping up with my spirit of frivolity haha and bumming around without a proper real job haha but it's fun nonetheless.

and it's crazy but i'm starting to feel scared about leaving everything behind come september already. because i mean if it's already april, september will come in the blink of an eye sigh. but at least i don't think i'll regret in anyway how i spent these pre-uni months (:

and on a sidenote OMG MY IPHONE IS LIKE MIRACULOUSLY WORKING AGAIN. okay so it can't be used as a phone anymore cos the receiver is spoilt but it still works just like an ipod touch so the brothers and i and everyone else have been having great fun with it haha like how melanie and i prob looked like stupid retards playing ice hockey on it at cedele yday haha but YIPPEE i think i screamed OHMYFUCKINGGOD when i plugged it in to the com and all my msgs and photos and contacts came back (and all the embarrassing stuff of angel her brother put in my phone subsequently disappeared, sadly though) BUT WOOHOO (:
